WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

PURCHASE

Once you purchase we get in contact with your Vet so that they know to send us your puppy’s cells at the time of neutering.

You don’t have to have a spay/neuter procedure scheduled yet! You can always let us know that later.

COLLECTION BOX TO YOUR VET

Your Vet is sent your personalised stem cell vet collection box.

YOUR VET COLLECTS THE SAMPLE

On the big day your Vet will know how to collect the sample we need (the stem cell rich tissue they would usually put in clinical waste) and place it into the collection kit, ready to send it to us.

SAMPLE SENT TO OUR LAB

On arrival at our lab, the tissue is checked and the stem cells are isolated and stored in liquid nitrogen (cryopreservation).

CERTIFICATE OF RECEIPT

You and your Vet will receive a certificate of safe receipt and storage for your puppy’s cells.

FUTURE TREATMENT

Should you ever need these cells for treatment, we will arrange for them to be couriered to your treatment clinic of choice.
